Once you have confirmed your reservation you will be presented with our Arrival Options which you can then add to your booking.  More details of each of the options available can be using the links above.

What should I do if I have a request which is not detailed in the Arrival Options list?

If you do not have a booking with us, you may book online.  Simply select from any of our on arrival extras or tranfer options while you are making your online booking.

If you wish to book any of our Spa treatments, Tours or Excursions please contact us.

How will my Arrival Options be confirmed?

Once we have received your reservation and your additional options request we will check availability of each arrival option you have chosen and confirm by e-mail if we are able to fulfil your request.

When will I be charged for my Arrival Options?

Any arrival options that have been confirmed by e-mail will be charged when you check out at the end of your stay.  Payment will not be taken until this time.
